Plain terms for what we cover, how long, and what we do not cover. Your written proposal is the final authority for your job.
FRESH ROOF shingle treatment
- 6-year warranty on workmanship and product performance
- 1-year follow-up visit after application
Flat roof coatings
- Elastomeric: 1-year labor and 6-year material
- Silicone: 1-year labor and 15-year material
What is not covered
Our warranties cover workmanship and product performance. To set expectations clearly: our treatments are preventative, and they are not designed or intended to stop, prevent, or repair leaks. Leak concerns are best handled by a roofing repair contractor, and we are glad to point out what we see during your inspection. We do not perform roof repairs or replacements.
Who qualifies
We inspect first. Roofs with excessive granule loss, multiple torn or missing shingles, or major storm damage are not good candidates, and we will tell you so.
