If your shingles are over 10 years old or showing cracking, curling, or moderate granule loss — and the roof deck is sound — rejuvenation is likely a fit. If replacement is the right call, we tell you straight.
- 2. Prep & Clean. Our crew clears debris with a backpack blower, taps down nail pops, reseals around pipes, vents, and flashing with roofing tar or silicone, and replaces any missing shingles when possible.
- 3. Apply FRESH ROOF Treatment. Using an airless sprayer, we apply the GreenSoy™ formula evenly across your roof. It penetrates dried-out shingles, restores flexibility lost to UV and heat, and reflects up to 90% of UV rays. Application takes about an hour.
- 4. Cure & 1-Year Follow-Up. The treatment needs dry conditions for 24 hours before and after, with temperatures above 50°F. Once cured, your roof is protected and backed by our 6-year warranty. We return at the one-year mark to confirm it is holding up.
